How TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON ROSEON MOBILE APP

To create an account on the Roseon App, you need to go through this simple registration procedure.

1. Enter your email address eg (someone@email.com)
2. Select “Get Code” and enter the verification code that was sent to your email address
3. Enter login password and confirm your password.
4. Enter invitation code (ietD8zVHNJsJ)
5. Select “I agree" to the User Agreement and press “OK”

After you register your account, you will be required to complete the Security Authentication by providing your phone number and enable Google 2FA Authentication on your account as well as completing your Identity Verification of at least KYC Level 1.

After completing the procedures, you’re ready to start using the Roseon App. 🥳🔥

HOW TO CHANGE ACCOUNT PASSWORD

1. Go to your profile (icon at the upper right corner)
2. Choose “Security Center”
3. Choose “Change your password”
4. Press “Confirm” on the pop up message
5. Enter your Original password
6. Enter your New password and confirm your new password.
7. Then press “Submit”

*Withdrawals will not be permitted for 24 hours after changing password*

HOW TO VERIFY IDENTITY WITH KYC

1. Go to your Profile (icon at the upper right corner)
2. Select "Identity Verification" (There are three options for Identity Verification: L1, L2, and L3)

L1 Verification
(Withdrawal limit is $100 USD per day)

• Choose L1 Verification
• Enter your name
• Select your nationality
• Select your ID type (ID card/passport/driving license) Enter your ID number
• Press “Submit”

The L1 Verification status will show “Verified”.

L2 Verification
(Withdrawal limit will increase to $100,000 per week)

• Choose L2 Verification
• Take a front photo of your ID
• Take a back photo of your ID
• Take a photo of you holding the front of your ID with a paper written with the date of application and the name Roseon and both must be clearly visible
• Press “Submit”

The L2 Verification status will show “Under Review'' and will be “Verified” once it has been reviewed.

HOW TO COMPLETE SECURITY AUTHENTICATION ON YOUR ACCOUNT

Security Authentication requires: Email Address, Phone Number, and Google 2FA Authentication

Go to your Profile (icon at the right upper corner) and select "Security Center". If you are connected to the Roseon App with your email address then you have already completed the first Security Authentication

To complete the SECOND Security Authentication

• Select “Phone Number Authentication”
• Select your country code and enter your phone number.
• Then press “Bind”

To complete the THIRD Security Authentication

• Choose “Google Authentication”
• Select “download” to download and install Google Authenticator
• Open Google Authenticator and memorize the 6 digits
• Go back to Roseon App and click “Next”

(You will see the backup key screen with a 16-bit key. Please keep it in a safe place before enabling Google Authentication password. The key can be used to retrieve your account)

• Press “Next”
• Select “Get Code”, enter the code that was sent to your email address
• Enter the 6 digit code you’ve memorized earlier when you opened Google Authenticator in the "Google Verification Code" field
• Press “OK” and you are good to go 🥳

HOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT
For first time users:

1. Go to "Portfolio" and select “Deposit Now”
2. Choose a Currency from the List
3. Copy Deposit Address
4. And send your funds to the Deposit Address. Easy😊

HOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT

For returning user

1. Go to "Wallet"
2. Select "Deposit"
3. Choose a Currency from the List
4. Copy Deposit Address
5. And send your funds to the Deposit Address

*Please double check Deposit Address before sending*

HOW TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL
Before making a withdrawal, you must complete all Security Authentication on your account and at least Identity Verification KYC Level 1 in order to withdraw your funds from the wallet.

Security Authentication requires your: Email Address, Phone Number, and Google 2FA Authentication.

1. Go to "Wallet"
2. Choose the currency you would like to withdraw
3. Select "Withdraw"
4. Enter the withdrawal address
5. Enter the amount of currency you would like to withdraw

In the "Email Verification Code" field, select "Get code" then check your mailbox and enter the Email Verification Code

In the "Phone Verification Code" field, select "Get code" then check your phone text message and enter the Phone Verification Code

Google Authentication Code (from Google Authenticator) and select "OK"

HOW TO STAKE INTO A SAVINGS/FARMING POOL

Before staking, you must complete your Account Registration, all Security Authentication, and a minimum Identity Verification KYC L1.

Security Authentication requires your: Email Address, Phone Number, and Google 2FA Authentication

1. Deposit into your account
2. Click on Savings/Invest tab
3. Choose a pool to Stake/Farm
4. Enter the amount
5. Wait until the term completes to receive your rewards. 🥳
