ROSEON FINANCE APP MOST ASKED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
There are some questions being asked about the Roseon Mobile App especially by new investors.
Here are the most common questions and their answers:
Q1. How do I check my staking rewards and when can I do so?
ANSWER: On the distribution day, rewards are put into your accounts at the end of the staking period.
Q2. How long does it take to complete a transaction?
ANSWER: The speed of the blockchain network determines the speed of deposits and withdrawals into the Roseon App. All actions performed within the Roseon App, such as staking or farming, are completed in real time.
Q3. How do I make a deposit?
ANSWER (FOR FIRST TIME USERS):
- Go to “Portfolio” and select “Deposit Now”
- Choose a Currency from the List
- Copy Deposit Address
- Send your funds to the Deposit Address
Q4. Why am I unable to unstake on the MANTRA DAO pool?
ANSWER: When you Unstake, the process takes 8 days. If you don’t want to wait 8 days, you can Unstake immediately for a 2% fee.
Roseon will have another pool to support Mantra Dao stakeholders after MANTRA DAO.
Q5. What is Variable Annual Percentage Yield (APY)?
ANSWER: We do not provide a guaranteed harvest in farming. The farming return changes dependent on the token’s market price and the liquidity pool rewards on the DEX.
Q6. Does the Roseon App charge any fees?
ANSWER: We charge network fees on withdrawals but not on deposits. A 5% management fee is levied on the total pool deposit amount, expressed as an annual percentage figure that is distributed based on the pool’s term. For example, on a one-month pool, the management fee is $100.
Q7. How are Staking and Farming different?
ANSWER:
(STAKING) We offer a fixed rate of return when you stake using Roseon App, but the funds are locked in for a specific length of time.
(FARMING) You get to pick which farming pool you want to join when it comes to farming. Profitability isn’t a given. This amount can be greater than or less than the staking payout. You may be able to withdraw your money within 24 hours, depending on the pool.
Q8. What is the smallest amount you can bet?
ANSWER: There will be a different minimum stake for each currency. We make every effort to keep this minimum as low as possible. For instance, the minimum stake for ETH is 0.01 Ether.
Q9. How do I stake into savings/farming pool?
ANSWER: You must complete all KYC Level 1 Security authentication and a minimum identity verification before completing your account registration.
Authentication of security required: Email address, telephone number and Google 2FA authentication

Q10. How do I change account password?
ANSWER:
- Go to your profile (icon at the upper right corner)
- Choose “Security Center”
- Choose “Change your password”
- Press “Confirm” on the pop up message “No withdrawals are permitted for 24 hours after password change.”
- Enter your Original password
- Enter your New password
- Confirm your new password
- Press “Submit”
NB: 24 hours after change of password, withdrawals will not be permitted.
